What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in?

There are a couple reasons why you could be having trouble logging in. If it says invalid email or password you will need to use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password using the email address you used to create the account. The phone could be having issues communicating with our server for some reason, this does happen occasionally where the cell network experiences outages or our servers go down unexpectedly. Most of these types of events are resolved very quickly and are largely out of our control. If you are still having issues logging, reach out to our Support team.
