General Use
If I accidentally deleted my account, can you guys just restore it from backup?
Unfortunately no, due to privacy laws we are not allowed to keep the data of someone who actively chooses to delete their account. We have clear warning messages when you choose the Delete Account option in the Settings of the mobile application, if you ignore them your data will be deleted permanently and is unrecoverable.
