- Once you have completed the clipping process you will find those clips in the Photos & Videos section of the application. You will find them under the Clips section on the bottom navigation bar, if you represent more than one Organization you will find them under the Organization they were created for. Once you select the clips you can share them using the Share with Connections menu option. Select the connections you wish to share the clips with and send them directly to them with whatever comments you want to share.
- Content (Photos/Videos or the entire post) that is shared with an athlete/player directly through a feed post can be pushed out to that athlete's recruiting feed by the athlete themself or their parent/guardian if the athlete is below the legal age requirement.
- Yes, you can find the App Filters on the menu of the application and once you are there you will be able to create new App Filters based on what makes sense for you. Some people are representing more than one Organization at a time and this makes it easier to filter the application to one Organization at a time. The other possible applications include filtering by your children, teams or sports. Just select the combination of data elements that make sense to you and apply that filter. You can save each filter you create and just head here to apply the selected filter for that session.

What if our local companies don’t have video ads, is this a service your company provides?
- Live Streams
- No, we do not offer this as a service at this time, but we are experimenting with various tools in the marketplace that make it relatively easy to create ads from digital content. A quick search of digital ad creation tools reveals some solid choices for creating ads, the trick is usually capturing the proper content to load into the ad creation process.

Our sports require long run times, how do we keep our phones running long enough to capture the whole event?
- Live Streams
- We ran into the same problem and here is how we solved it. As the phone is mounted in the tripod to broadcast the Live Stream, we hang a bag on the tripod with an extra battery bank in it and plug the phone into the battery bank via a 4ft USB-C cord. That way the phone is continually drawing power from the larger battery at the same time keeping the internal battery charging to 100%. This allows us to run Live Streams for 12 hour wrestling invitationals. Enjoy!
- When you start a Live Stream you specify the target audience and those choices include sharing it with the team, the entire organization or making it available to the public. Obviously if you choose the option “Make available to the public” the Live Stream will be open to anyone on SportsGravy and the other two choices will route the notification to either the specific team or the organization.
- No, we have set up the Live Streaming infrastructure to allow as many Live Streams running as the organization needs to fully cover all the activities running that day.
- Yes, your team is responsible for loading your current advertisers into the web portion of SportsGravy to take advantage of the revenue sharing and ensuring that the ads run as part of the intermission process in the Live Streams. If you need assistance with loading them in the web application you can find the steps in the Help Articles for loading ads into SportsGravy.
- No, there is no limit to the number of teams and connections you can have in SportsGravy. Obviously the more teams and connections you have the longer those screens will take longer to load and have more items in the list to scroll. Using the application filter can help ensure that you are just using the data specific to the team you are currently working with.
- Yes, our calendar import feature supports .ICS files with more than one calendar event in them so if your software can export all the events in one file we can import them all at once. You can also import them one at a time if necessary.
