Charles Bailey Jr.

Founder and CEO

Charles Bailey Jr., is an avid outdoorsman, dedicated husband, father, business man and follower of Jesus Christ. Bailey is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy Bailey and they've been together for more than 30 years. Together they've raised five wonderful children, all of whom have played competitive sports!

Overcoming a challenging upbringing, Bailey's journey to success in life and business was not an easy one. It required many years of hard work and perseverance to become a successful leader, entrepreneur and investor. Known for transforming industries through innovative technology solutions, his expertise in cloud-based software has challenged traditional business models and led to significant growth for numerous companies.

Beyond his business achievements, Bailey is passionate about giving back to his community. He's had a lifelong commitment to coaching youth sports, dedicating countless hours to mentoring young athletes. Bailey firmly believes that coaching instills valuable life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, leadership, and self-confidence, all of which will benefit these young individuals as they get older and live out their lives.

Junaid Nari

Technology Partner

Junaid Nari is an entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in playing pivotal roles directly influencing the future of a company that covers new businesses, by partnering, through strategy and with a passion for growing the business.

Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of BrainVault Technologies with branches in India, Canada and the Uk and headquartered in the US.

Junaid is also the Technology Partner of the American startup, SportsGravy, that is looking to revolutionize how athletes are developed worldwide.

Junaid has assumed roles where he leads the charge and owns the responsibility for aspects of driving revenue including, corporate development, equity investment, and joint venture activity on a global scale.

In the past, as a Co-Founder and Leader of a Fintech firm, he raised significant capital from a Private Equity firm and successfully exited a cross-border payments technology platform business by selling to a leading multinational company.
