  1. No, there is no restriction on the number of teams that can be active in your instance of SportsGravy. Some organizations will be able to run with just a few teams and some training programs will need to have potentially dozens of teams loaded and running at any given time.
  2. Our mobile application deployments have been taking place about once per month. Once in a while a bug/enhancement will require us to release a hot fix in between our normal monthly release cycle. We try to find as many issues as we can prior to releasing the application to the public but sometimes we find new issues that require hot fixes in between our monthly releases.
  3. Yes, as part of our onboarding process we will show you how to import players, create calendar events, feed posts, take pictures and videos using the SportsGravy Camera control and how to add all your connections inside the application. As an organization you will also create teams and assign players to those teams along with the coaches and managers/assistants. There are extensive permission controls to fine tune the experience for each of your organization's staff.
  4. We take the privacy and safety of children under the age of 13 very seriously. Our platform complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which imposes certain requirements on online services or apps that collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We do not allow children under the age of 13 to create an account without verified parental consent. Parents are required to provide consent for their child’s participation, including access to any personal information. We limit the data we collect from children. Personal information is collected only as necessary to ensure the basic functionality of the service and to enhance their experience on our platform. Parents have full control over their child’s account and can manage, modify, or delete their child’s information at any time. We do not use any collected information to serve targeted advertisements to children. We implement safety features to ensure a child-friendly environment. This includes content moderation, appropriate filters, and age-appropriate communication tools. We provide resources to parents and guardians on best practices to help children stay safe while using the internet and our platform.   5. Unfortunately no, due to privacy laws we are not allowed to keep the data of someone who actively chooses to delete their account. We have clear warning messages when you choose the Delete Account option in the Settings of the mobile application, if you ignore them your data will be deleted permanently and is unrecoverable.
  6. We currently have 41 total athletic activities loaded in the SportsGravy ecosystem. Basically any activity that can benefit from recording the event and providing video feedback along with contextual information is supported by SportsGravy.
  7. The fastest way currently is to reach out to us at info@sportsgravy.com and request the import template so that you can fill in all the organization information, like coaches, players and parents that need to be imported in bulk. Once we have the contract signed this will be imported and invites will automatically be sent to everyone on the list. Your organization can immediately begin using all the cool features of SportsGravy! In the future we may include an import area directly off our website so that you can complete the onboarding process directly.
