- Having the volume all the way down on our phone can catch us all off guard, try raising the volume on your phone and see if the sound returns. Another idea is using the Focus feature of your phone will automatically mute all applications and notifications, try turning off the Focus or Do Not Disturb feature of your phone and see if the sound returns.
- Yes you can, on the menu of the mobile application you will find a Filters option, this has a category called My Kids which lists out each of your children who are registered on SportsGravy. Select the child you would like to filter too and save that Filter with a name. Once you have created a filter for each child, you can then just use that filter while in the application and everything will be filtered to them.
- Yes, our feed posting mechanism supports text, video clips, PDF’s and regular images. Each of these formats are rendered in a way that makes them most accessible to the user in a friendly way.
- Yes, you can find the Auto Play on/off switch under the Settings->Media AutoPlay Video setting. You can also specify if you want to Auto Play only while on WiFi on the same settings screen.
