- Once you have the application installed you can tap the SportsGravy icon on your phone and you will see the “Sign In” screen. At the bottom of that screen you will find the “Sign Up” link where you can enter all your information to create an account. Please keep in mind that we have privacy laws to comply with since we will have many minors under the age of 18 on the platform. Invites to minors will be required to be sent by their legal guardian / parents in order to sign up for the application.
- Once you have the application installed you can tap the SportsGravy icon on your phone and you will see the “Sign In" screen. At the bottom of that screen you will find the “Forgot Password” link where you can enter your account email address and the system will send you an email to reset your password. Once you confirm your new password you will be able to use it the next time you attempt to “Sign In” to the application.
- There are a couple reasons why you could be having trouble logging in. If it says invalid email or password you will need to use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password using the email address you used to create the account. The phone could be having issues communicating with our server for some reason, this does happen occasionally where the cell network experiences outages or our servers go down unexpectedly. Most of these types of events are resolved very quickly and are largely out of our control. If you are still having issues logging, reach out to our Support team.
- Basically anything that you could possibly want to record and provide feedback on can be run through SportsGravy. We have 41 sports activities loaded in the application for selection by your team.
- The minimum device for Android is version 7.0 or higher, and Apple iOS is version 17 or higher. We understand that these are the newer devices on the market at the moment but if these devices are being used to LiveStream, they need to be capable of a quality broadcast for hours potentially. That means many of the older phones just will not suffice for this application.
- The application itself will notify you when a new application version has been published in the respective application stores. Or you can search for the application in the store and choose the “Update” option when it determines that the version on your device is out of date.

- We have plans to bring SportsGravy internationally but right now the application is only available in English.
- We have invested a lot of time and money into the internal workings of the application to ensure the parents are included in the conversation when the children are under the legal age limit. We take all of our children's safety very seriously and have thought through many of the workflows and permissions that are necessary to support a safe and secure space for our children. We are also working on becoming COPPA certified and once we do, the badge will be prominently displayed on our website.
- We are still early in the launch phase but we strive for a ticket response time within 5 minutes to let you know we received your ticket and a 90% threshold for solving all tickets within 1 hour. Those last 10% of cards are the notoriously tricky ones to solve that may include enhancements or hot fixes to the system which stretches out the solve time.
