Charles Bailey Jr., is an avid outdoorsman, dedicated husband, father, business man and follower of Jesus Christ. Bailey is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy Bailey and they’ve been together for more than 30 years. Together they’ve raised five wonderful children, all of whom have played competitive sports!

Overcoming a challenging upbringing, Bailey’s journey to success in life and business was not an easy one. It required many years of hard work and perseverance to become a successful leader, entrepreneur and investor. Known for transforming industries through innovative technology solutions, his expertise in cloud-based software has challenged traditional business models and led to significant growth for numerous companies.

Beyond his business achievements, Bailey is passionate about giving back to his community. He’s had a lifelong commitment to coaching youth sports, dedicating countless hours to mentoring young athletes. Bailey firmly believes that coaching instills valuable life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, leadership, and self-confidence, all of which will benefit these young individuals as they get older and live out their lives.
