Frequently Asked Question
How often does the system bill us for the registered athletes?
Once per month our system will determine the difference between the paid athletes and the new registrants. Your organization will then be billed only for the new athlete registrations.
Is there a free version of the SportsGravy mobile application?
Yes, the mobile apps in both Google and Apple stores are free to download and start using. You can see the list of additional features that are available using the paid version of the app in the Billing & Subscription section of the mobile app. Those features include more storage space, curating videos longer than one minute and unlimited recruiting feed views.
