  1. Unfortunately we do not have a pause subscription feature, the closest option is to sign up for the monthly payment option and renew when you anticipate using the application.
  2. How do I cancel my subscription?

  4. You can use the Billing & Subscription feature to move between the paid version and the free version. Once you update your subscription to the free version your subscription is automatically cancelled at the next renewal period. You can always come back to a paid plan later if needed again.
  5. SportsGravy has a free plan for everyone to use, there are monthly and yearly plans for almost every situation, for a reasonable monthly fee you will have access to unlimited posts, connections and storage for up to 8 family members. You can find the entire list of features and the pricing tiers in the application under the “Billing & Subscription” section of the application.
  6. Once you have the application installed you can tap the SportsGravy icon on your phone and you will see the “Sign In” screen. At the bottom of that screen you will find the “Sign Up” link where you can enter all your information to create an account. Please keep in mind that we have privacy laws to comply with since we will have many minors under the age of 18 on the platform. Invites to minors will be required to be sent by their legal guardian / parents in order to sign up for the application.

We are still early in the launch phase but we strive for a ticket response time within 5 minutes to let you know we received your ticket and a 90% threshold for solving all tickets within 1 hour. Those last 10% of cards are the notoriously tricky ones to solve that may include enhancements or hot fixes to the system which stretches out the solve time. We strive to provide you with the best experience possible, let us know how we are doing.
  8. SportsGravy is only as good as you make it, either with videos, posts or real feedback that helps you improve. Make sure your videos are run intentionally, meaning it is on the tripod when necessary and that you are paying attention to the action through the lens of the camera. This can be tricky to explain until you're the one recording the broadcast, you get caught up in the action and forget that the rest of the entire ecosystem is counting on your stable and timely position updates. Explain to your organization or group of friends that this is important and that executing it properly will help everyone involved, the school, the businesses that support those schools, the coaches to be able to give feedback and communicate with the athletes in an approved way and the athletes themselves who are now reviewing their own clips along with the other action to pick up ways to improve. We provide the ecosystem, tools and instruction on how to improve yourself, your team and your community, the rest is up to you.
  9. The most obvious way to improve your performance is to review all the footage from each video and look for ways to improve your game. Write down and have goals for each game/match etc and hold yourself accountable to executing those goals. Coaches who are passionate about helping players improve and are willing to put in the effort to clip portions of the video, add personalized comments and put that in your feed, will also greatly contribute to your improvement.
  10. You will have to tell us what you think of the application after using it. We find it very easy to use and mimics other applications that we are used to like LinkedIn and YouTube. The Feed and Live Streaming features are designed very well and are just intuitive in their use.
  11. We hate to see you go but if you must, go to the menu in the mobile application and select Settings, you will find the Delete Account function at the very bottom of the screen. This action is permanent and will result in the loss of all your data, and no we do not have a backup of your particular data, so make sure you are ready to leave forever before completely deleting your account.
